350mgs of caffiene, 37mgs of ephedrine and 75mcgs of t3 on an empty stomach is a feeling I have never experienced before!

I have more confidence / energy than I did on coke when I tried it about 5 years ago!

Going to the gym now to burn some of this fat!

Best cutting breakfast, i do this shit every morning, blend: frozen mixed veggies, 2 cups raw oats, protein powder, fat free peanut butter, goats milk, flax seed, blueberries and half banana. You have to chg the shit out of it though before the oats settle to the bottom of the cup. it's down in under 10 seconds, can't beat that shit.

Too many carbs/sugar bro. Drop the blueberries and Banana at the very least. i'd also drop the stims or use them when not taking clen instead of your current system you have set up slin. Cut carbs, up fiber, lower sat fat, up essential fat! No sugar ever..

I'm bulking bro, simple sugars are good post workout. Complex carbs ie. oats are required at least once a day, most preferably in the AM. Am i wrong?
 
Seems quite complicated - I eat a cereal bar and a 60gram protein shake for breakfast - that is after I have taken my t3, ephedrine and caffeine and done a 15min brisk walk.

Lartinos, I don't know where you read I was taking clen? Would never combine that with ephedrine and wouldn't take it cause it gives me spasms (muscle) and tremors. I guess you read tren as clen?

I said clen would be a better option, you could cycle it on and off with your eca.
