Guys the weight was so light it's embarressing to say. But I was just switched off for a second and craaaaaaack it come crashing down quicker than I could react, it was only 310 kgs which I think to you guys is about 660 lbs. But anyway it was enough to drive my right thigh into my rib cage cracking two ribs.
Like Big Buck say's, and maybe all soldiers are the same, but I put it off for a few days untill I could'nt sleep with the discomfort and seen the doc, after some x-rays it came back that I had factured two ribs. So at the moment I'm in recovery with some lager and 12 year old Irish whiskey (Jameson).
Thats about it for now. I can't even do cardio because I can't take deep breath's !! poor me

P.S. I was'nt going to say the weight which fell, but what the fuck if it serves as a lession to other to remain 'switched on' at all times.
