Since the other thread was deleted, here's what I'll suggest regarding your routine. Switch the Squats to the first exercise worked, lose the extensions (shearing forces on the knee), switch to Front Squats with a Clean grip, lose the Leg Presses, switch to Glute-ham raises or Good Mornings, and do sprints every other leg day.
I, too, am playing with a very low-carb diet at the present (but I am still eating a lot of Calories, as my metabolism is very high). I am at about 7.5% now, and want to shock the Holy Hell out of my girlfriend, who is also doing a transformation of her own at the present.
Give it time. Keep all training progressive (or as progressive as can be on a CKD), and be consistent with your eating. Consistency really is key for results.
