hmg and hcg will on cycle

hey bros, After doing some research, I decided to get some HMG and HCG to run together to help with my fertility problems. Me and my girl are trying to have a child together, but so far I can't get her pregnant. MY question is this: I know you can run hmg and hcg together during your PCT to increase you chances of having fertile sperm. But, does anyone know if you HAVE to be on PCT to do this. Can you run both of them together while ON Cycle, and still have the same chances of becoming fertile?

If I were truly determined to get my gf pregnant, I would drop all gear and only then start the hmg/hcg. I would also see a specialist.
