is it possible to get gyno more towards the center of your chest(not directlly under the nipple)?Or could it possiblly be a cyst?BB size mass,near inner chest.

I've never heard of that, I believe the gland is located behind the nipple, not anywhere else.

the gland has tendrils which spread out from the center.. growth does not have to be at the center of the gland and tendrils may expand
