it's for the PC. it's a really fun game. you could probably pick it up pretty cheap, since it is more than a year old.

I MIGHT GO BUY A PS2 JUST FOR A FEW GAMES LIKE MEDAL OF HONOR AND GTA BUT I HEAR MOH IS COMING OUT FOR XBOX IN TWO VERSIONS. I'M NOT SURE YET THOUGH. 200$ FOR ANOTHER SYSTEM WHEN I HARDLY PLAY THE ONE I HAVE NOW.

Hitman 2 for PC was messed up during release, there is not a proper crack for it yet but there will be soon.

SO FAR SO GOOD. I ONLY DID THE FIRST MISSION SO FAR BUT I PLAYED AROUND A LITTLE TO GET USED TO THE CONTROLS.

I'D RECOMMEND THE GAME FOR XBOX OWNERS. ITS PRETTY COOL.

Hitman 1 was awesome but I hated it half way through the game.

The Columbia drug mission is just fucking rambo-style. It's impossible to get through that mission steathily. I killed ALL of the house guards silently and piled them up into a room. The minute I went into the drug lord's room, I emptied two clips into him and he didn't die. He just ran around with his machine gun making lots of noise. By the time I got outside everyone was on my ass and I had to become rambo... BULLSHIT!

It's even worse in the missions after the hotel. By that point you can't even ATTEMPT to be stealthy. There's this mission where you have to get past 2 consecutive gates, and there's only one way through - right where there are guards. Even if you kill one and dress up as them, they still notice you and you get shot at. After you kill all of them, there are 20 more inside waiting. Really defeated the purpose of the game.

The Lee Hong mission and the Hotel mission were the best. I hope Hitman 2 is more like that throughout the whole game. I just bought (yes, bought) Mafia (awesome game). Will probably get Hitman 2 sometime in the future.

Of course I bought it for my comp. The last good console system was the SNES. I'm not buying another console again.

Oh.. and Mafia is awesome except for some parts that are very disappointing, i.e. the mission I'm on now. Take fucking 10 shots to kill someone. It's amazing how a game where the programmers put so much effort into getting the driving physics nearly exact, they would completely ignore bullet physics like "bullet goes in your head, you die."

Oh well.

kayne... i actually turned down a few opps. to go out this weekend.. that fuckin game is awesome!!! scene 1 is fine, ya know... mafia, kill em, etc... but wait until you go to st. petes.. it gets fun as hell.. you gotta figure shit out constantly... only thing is, i finished level 2 and 3... DID NOT SAVE IT!!! i'm kinda pissed cuz the general assassination was tricky for me... i couldnt figure out who to kill.

Mafia pwned. Done with it now. It was too easy even on hard settings. Driving kind of annoying.

I'm five missions into Hitman 2...I'm more of a "Kill anything that moves" type player so it's easy to get through missions.



Oh Warik, on those columbian missions there was a minigun in one of the tents...you could just pick it up and go waste the wanna-be Pachino guy easily.

Also The Hitman 2 fix has been released for the botched Razor release.
