What's you best tecnique to reduce or pass your cravings for junk food?


I include 1 day a week of a small portion of junk food to reduce cravings ,but it does not seem to stop.....
 
thats how i felt about cigarettes, then one day i decided what was more important to me, and one day i just quit. its hard but it gets easier, but by all means you should reward yourself every once in a while just really depends on what your goals are. me personally, i'm trying to bulk right now, as i only weigh in at 155, so i eat everything in site.
 
For cravings try: filling up on good complex carbs, I'll add flavor extracts or cinnimon, I'll make up a serving of oatmeal, cream of rye, brown rice, or whatever. At least I'll get a good pump out of it ! I'll also add a couple of egg whites to it along with one whole egg, this really slows down the insulin response so at least the binge will stop.

Glutamine can also help with cravings, 5 grams

Eating small meals often thru the day. You may not be eating enough calories. FWIW-valerie
