i was wondering that how come with insulin u can inject into the fat and not muscle and it gets obsorbed but roids has to be injected into the muscle to be obsorbed?
wouldnt any liquid work the same as another liquid?

thanks.

NO NO NO all liquid meds are not created equal. Some are developed to be injected into subcutanous fat i.e. insulin and HGH. Other meds need to be injected deep intramuscular i.e. oil based steroids. If you have any questions of this nature do some more research or ask the board members for help or you may really fuck yourself up.

thanks!

im starting to inject insulin to control my diabetes, and im all new to insulin injects, its just friday my dad gave me my first injection and it didnt hurt at all, and that like broke the fear from neddles and i just wanted to know if test. was like that or not. it was only like a 27 guage neddle by i think 1/2" on my tricep. i guess it just opened new "ideas" from neddles :D

but would both injection be the same , in feeling or not at all?

thanks man, im trying to find all the info i can.....

I use a one incher for the glutes and that seems to be fine...although I dont have a fat ass and I shoot high on the ass...goodluck!

One reason is that sub-q injections are meant to be absorbed rather quickly whereas most anabolic steroids (in i.m. form) are not. Most anabolics esters are meant to be stored in the muscle so that they are slowly released into general circulation.

Actually, it's quite the opposite. Muscles are much more capillary dense and have many times greater blood flow than subcutaneous fatty tissue. If you injected oil based gear sub-Q you'd likely develop an abscess because it wouldn't disappate for an extended period of time. With suspensions and oil based solutions alike the steroid molecules would be dissapated much too slowly throughout the body.

Insulin, epinephrine etc. are protein based hormones, and are water soluble and are able to freely pass through cell membranes.
