HIT for first cycle?

I've been training for over a year now and I've made good progress in most areas...but I haven't gained a lot of strength in the chest area (bench is around 70kg for 3-4 sets of 8, but squat is up to 120kg for the same set/rep range).

I had been planning to do a workout plan I saw on this site a while ago based on HIT.

Day 1:
3 sets, 6 reps of heavy full squats
2 sets 12 reps of either front squats or leg extensions.

Day2:
3 sets, 6 reps of heavy Deadlifts
2 sets 12 reps of either stiff leg deads or hamstring curls

Day3:
3 sets, 6 reps of Bench Press
2 sets 12 reps of either standing shoulder press or military press

I can't remember the exact excercises (I have it printed out at home, i'm at work right now) but that is the basics.

I'm gonna start this workout in January as its time to change the routine, and I've never done HIT based stuff before.

My actual question is:

Do you think I should combine this routine change with my first cycle (prob dbol/deca/test) or should I wait until later in the year when I'm gonna switch back to a more conventional workout?

Will I make the best use of the gear on a basic routine like this? Or would I need more excercises? - I currently train every body part once a week with between 6 and 9 sets depending on the size of the body part. I've been doing this routine for 4-5 months and feel overtrained, so its time for a change anyway!
