Highest Bf% you would run masteron with

Currently running test/tren/masteron
At 12% and I don't think I'm noticing anything from the masteron. Should I drop it? Maybe add anavar?

This is the reason i tell people to not use it unless they are under 10%... Of course it has other qualities and function but its more about aesthetics but you have to be in the eight condition to get the aesthetic value from it... Your diet and training will obviously effect this but your too high to see the results plus it should be ran a bit higher... At least 500 mg week of it

So what can I add that will help me cut?

bro, its not about adding things, its about fixing your diet and training... you want to cut body fat then add more cardio, change your diet, etc... adding more aas or supplements are not going to do that for you... its up to you to do that...

dylan is right.. you can't go wrong with cardio.. you really have no excuse, i've got major leg problems which prevent me from doing a lot of cardio from my prior experience as an endurance athlete. trust me if i could i would be doing a solid 20-30 minutes of jogging everyday.. that is the best way to cut ever. also eliminating hard sugars, dairy, bad fats/oils which i would hope every person on here already has.

today a newb will come on here and say they are 6 feet and 155 pounds and want to take steroids to gain weight.. then the next day a newb who is 5 5 and 300 pounds will want to take them to lose weight. you can't just take them and keep adding things and expect them to do what you wish them to do..

i know its silly to say this but if you go to the weightlifting section and see "the rock workout" put together by George Farah you will see its a lot of cardio and a lot of weight training everyday. so bet you that if you incorporated cardio into your workouts you would shred up like crazy ..and like i said unless you are like me and have major leg problems there is no excuse why you shouldn't be doing that

Have you found that doing cardio(running) without anabolics tends to burn up LBM?
Should you only focus on intervals so you don't burn muscle mass?
Running is something easy that I like to do, but I started to get that long distance runner look...melted fat, but compromised muscle mass.

well like i said above I cannot do heavy cardio because of my injuries from when i was an endurance runner.

but yeah when i was running 40-45 miles a week.. i was running about 5X per week and doing weights after my runs about 3X per week.. i weighed in at 133 at 5% body fat. i was seeing a holistic doctor every 2 weeks who put me on a ridiculous catabolic diet as well. i was shredded but it was LEAN MUSCLE. ironically even at that weight i could still bench 245.. never touched steroids at all during that era either.

a lot of cardio is catabolic obviously. its a matter of finding that happy medium where you are getting in your cardio but also mantaining an anabolic body with the help of AAS and other compounds the pro's use.

if it was that easy to be built like a freight train AND have low body fat we all would be walking around at 5 8 240 pounds at 4% body fat.. but it isn't!! maybe .0001% of the population can claim that. but it doesn't mean you cannot push for that goal, thats what bodybuilding is all about. and it doesn't matter what you look like or how shitty your genetics are you can still enjoy this lifestyle without ever going on stage in your tighties.

Its a trial and error figuring out how to make it work for you... How you eat will dictate a lot of lbm you could be losing... I ASSURE you that it is very possible, and im a prime example, that you can do a fucking lot of cardio and still add a good amount of lbm... I could add even more if i chose to but its not what i want at this point...

31 yrs old and still trying to understand my body and diet. Building muscle mass is quite simple for me to do, but maintaining a lower BF percentage is harder. Would you guys recommend any type of specialist to dial my diet in or resource of information to study?

Genetically my metabolism isnt super fast, but it's not super slow either. I would say I'm right in the middle. I also tend to lose BF realitively quick but gain it back slower if I don't really watch what I eat.

^^^ yeah bro i wish i could wave my magic wand and tell you to take X, Y and do C and F

like dylan said its about finding out what works for YOU. a personal trainer/coach can help i suppose but they probably have tons of other people they are helping too and you might not get the best advice

Thanks man! Appreciate the help. I'll just keep reading and learning
