High Protein breakfasts?

can you guys post up some good breakfasts? i'm struggling with me first meal of the day without carbs

also, lets see some examples of your "regular" thoughout the day meals..
 
BreaKfast- 4 eggs with cheese and some carrots, fruit
Mid-Lunch- Tuna & red beans and rice
Lunch - Salad w/ eggs, tuna, cheese
Afternoon - Chicken with a little rice and some fruit
Dinner - Stir fry with vegetables
Night- protein shakes
 
Bfast: eggs, lean ham and lowfat cheese scrambled together

midmorning- natty pb on whole wheat

lunch- 1/2 pound turkey/cheese/mustard on whole wheat

afternoon- can o' tuna/carrots

Dinner- 2 chick breasts/spinach salad w/ev olive oil
 
good high protein breakfast foods...

cottage cheese
protein pancakes
chicken
tuna
eggs

try cooking tuna with a bit of soy sauce and hot sauce, chicken can be bar-b-q'd the night before, eggs are self explanatory, and protein pancakes are always a good way to start your day ;-) I believe I saw a good recipe or two for protein pancakes in the "Muscle Food" forum.

cottage cheese is a good slow releasing protein, which will help to level off your protein intake over the entire day.

my personal favourite is an egg white omlette with 6 egg whites, and about 1/2 cup of cottage cheese poured in as filling, always tastes good!
