try cooking tuna with a bit of soy sauce and hot sauce, chicken can be bar-b-q'd the night before, eggs are self explanatory, and protein pancakes are always a good way to start your day ;-) I believe I saw a good recipe or two for protein pancakes in the "Muscle Food" forum.
cottage cheese is a good slow releasing protein, which will help to level off your protein intake over the entire day.
my personal favourite is an egg white omlette with 6 egg whites, and about 1/2 cup of cottage cheese poured in as filling, always tastes good!
