them fast acting whey proteins are best to be used just prior and after training, at night you need slow released proteins, otherwise there is not enough need for absorbtion/metabolisation.
At least I would dump one of the powders and eat 6 baked eggs (without yolk) with turkey prior before going to bed and for breakfast. This back to back approach will give you a steady slow release of quality proteins during day and night but not faster than they can be metabolized.
This is surely going to improve the spots problem somewhat. If it remains after 4 weeks, dump one of the other whey powders you are using and restore the powder you dumped first.
With this trial and error approach I am sure you can tackle part if not the whole problem. good luck.
