High Paying Careers?

Paulos

New member
Plan A for me is Medical School - If I do not get in or I for some reason change my mind I want a plan B. I was originally thinking Psychologist but I am not sure that pays the kind of income I want. In this area it's only 90-100k.

What can I do with a degree in Business, or even further graduate work in business? Just looking for some ideas here.

Highest paying career ever: start a company and IPO it. Greatest legal creation of wealth in the history of mankind.

commercial/industrial real estate... good pay even as an agent... eventually you will be in a position to take on projects of your own.

Synpax's idea is great, except you need venture money to start and an investment bank to do an IPO; people who actually do an IPO on their terms are virtually non existent.

medical school is a great plan; with an MD you can do much moer than just practice medicine. research, pharma, etc.

The highest paid people are where he most money is...usually wall street or the top investment banks and private equity firms. We deal with these people in our business, we have some of them on our baord, even the incompetent ones make ~$300K plus large bonuses. Smart ones make $5M---->unlimited.

Real estate always works, but unless you are the owner, you are a friction cost associated with a transaction, so people always want to reduce you.
