high lignan or linseed flax oil

which is better. i have the option of getting really cheap linseed oil or slightly more expensive high lignan flax oil. i was unde the impression that the high lignan stuff was the best. does it make much difference?

Go with the High Lignan Oil. You'l' be better off.
