High GI vs Low Gi carbs???

Anyone know of a website that would list examples of low GI carbs foods and high GI carb foods? I need to re-evaluate my diet, and this would help.

Thanks guys. What would a good reference point be for determining a high GI food and a low GI food? More or less what numbers define a high and what numbers define a low.
