thinking about a 10-12 week cycle of test enanth 250mg/wk

my total cholesterol is 211 (hdl = 45 and ldl = 139)... other than that, all my blood work looks good.

how will this cycle affect my cholesterol level?

I am 31, 6-2", 180lbs

Your HDL is very good and so is your LDL. Is this a typo?

If you want to safeguard yourself from Cholesterol issues, try CyoGenX while you're on a cycle.

no, no typo... the range for ldl on the labcorp results sheet is 0-99 and mine was 139 and flagged as high...

could this be inaccurate? I am thinking about going and getting another cholesterol test since it has been about a year.

Whats your CAD ratio? In other words, what's your HDL to total ratio? I didn't do the math, but over 4 is bad, 4 is ok, and less than 4 is good. That's what you should be looking at...it didn't look too bad to me at first glance...

not sure how to calculate that, but I did find this in my research...

Borderline high risk: LDL cholesterol 130-159mg/dL; total cholesterol 200-239mg/dL

... which is what I fall into...

being a borderline high risk scares me a little going into the cycle... what do you think?

The ratio is more closely related to CAD than your LDL, and your HDL looks high to me. Is that correct?

The ratio is total to HDL....can you calculate that?

I explained that wrong, maybe...it's 4.6

You want something at 4...so you're only slightly above range. Honestly, try using a Resveratrol supplement (Biotest makes one) or my CyoGenX product...either should lower your cholesterol to where you're more comfortable starting a cycle. Niacin is supposed to work too, but it's been unimpressive in people I know..

What I'm saying is that there's nutritional means to get you within range, and supplemental ones also.

thanks, I eat a lot of salmon and whey protein... so maybe they are the culprits...

Will look into those supplements you mentioned...

If it makes you feel better, a third of all heart attacks are had by people with normal cholesterol, and once total cholesterol drops too low, you have increased risk also.

Try to cut your saturated fats, and look into some supps. Let me know how it goes.
