ok here is my diet yall 300 grams of carbs coming from diffrent sources......apples, oranges, bananas, greenbeans, tomatoes(i blend them up to form like a tomatoe juice)

protien will only be coming from whey protien shakes at 3 shakes a day 33 grams of protien per shake

fat will come from only ground up flaxseeds. ill be getting 15-20 grams of flaxseed fat a day

so totals are about 100 grams of protien 300 grams of carbs 20 fats

i choose not to do a ckd because i like carbs too much, and also my metabolism drops way too fast, i feel sluggish. also on a ckd i think im loosing fat when alot of times im just loosing a ton of water, i dont like that flat look when im dieting. i like to keep my muscles looking full when dieting with all the carbs

on this diet i dont feel any slowdown in metabolism, i have high energy with all the carbs

with all of the carbs im getting im sparing my protien, so i dont need as much protien. all the carbs im gettin will be burned for fuel and the protien will be spared. i will be gettin insulin spikes all through the day sparing protien. kinda like a ckd but with carbs instead of fats. i find it easier for me to stick to

right now im about 240 pounds with some ab definition so i guess im about 10 percent bodyfat so i guess i got around 200 pounds of leanbody mass????? its mostly in my arms and legs.
I have a shitty back and shitty chest and shitty sholders.

i never see anyone do this type of diet, so i figure why not try something different.....with such high carbs i may not even need a refeed, leptin might stay high all the way to the end of the diet hopefully till i get down to 5 percent.

i may bump up carbs and protien slightly on workout days

i think the minum amount of protien to keep my 200 pounds of lean body mass or whatever is only about 160 grams a day. so im kinda takin a gamble here, but then again i feel that i get so many carbs i wont need as much protien to keep mass

ill keep you peoples updated

100g/day protein??? That may be ok for someone who lives a sedentary life, but for people who train thats not gonna cut it. I'd go with at least 1g per pound of LBM.

A lot of the protein you're taking in from those shakes will not be absorbed. I think you need to include lean meat in this diet.

Sounds interesting. I'm anxious to hear how this works for you, since it kind of goes against the conventional wisdom extolled on this board. Please keep us updated and best of luck.

your only carbs are going to be from fruit and veg?
u probably wont have any energy..if you were to have carbs..at least have quality ones like oats, pumpkin, brown rice.
I think u should up the carbs up the protein and take r-ala with your carbs...
if youre gona go out on a limb, why not go all the way...

g'luck:)

I would guess that you will not drop bodyfat on this diet, or if you do it will be to a very low extent mostly due to your cardio (which I assume you'll do). The insulin spikes will be able to store some of the ingested carbohydrates as fat, especially when you're 240 (BMR = 2880) and taking in only about 1800cal....I'm sure your metabolic rate will drastically slow down. But again, it's all up to you which diet you do......................

nclifter6feet6....

I remember you from before, when you had a different username. You were talking about a new routine you were trying for chest, where you'd do a whole lot of pushups in a day. And even though it was working for you and you were getting pretty good results, people dismissed it immediately because didn't follow traditional bodybuilding convention.

But it was working for you, and none of them had even tried it before passing judgement.... so fuck 'em.

I say try your diet, for sure. You'll never know if you don't try. It may not look quite right on paper when we apply modern bodybuilding ideology, but a lot of the most amazing things in the world don't seem right on paper. And a lot of people who have come up with the most amazing ideas, were the ones willing to think outside the box and try something new and different.

So try it.... see where it takes you. I wish you well.
