High Blood Pressure

Bro,

To be honest everyone should check this after the age of 30 being a non user and if your a user whenever you start 18? or what have you... High Bloodpressure for extended periods of time is the cause of so many problems and we are finding out more and more different ones all the time... Why am I concerned well I have High Bloodpressure and have had it before I started using gear so its not all gear related as one thinks... First you should check yours to get a good base line and this would be when you are not on gear and when the effects of gear are still not in your body and your chemistry is as normal as normal can get... I suggest checking if over a few days at your local drug store, grocery store, or where ever you have access to something or someone that can give you a fair reading... The small wrist monitors are not near as accurate but they will do if you have one... Once you have your baseline you now can determine if you think you may need to see a doctor (an internal med doctor is recommended as he specializes in these type meds)... Or better yet go to the doctor anyway and have him give you a check up, again an internal med doc is the way to go especially with us gear users... I for one have never told my doc I use gear but he would have to know lol its like a dont ask dont tell for me however in the 80s I use to have a couple of doctors actually perscribed gear to me for bodybuilding usage, man those where the days hehe...

Anyhow I am one that can say you can have high bloodpressure and get it treated to the point that you can do a cycle with proper research and info you read on these boards it will give you all your cards on the table so you know how to play... High blood is very dangerous and needs to be treated, period so if you think you are having high or even above avg readings check it out... simple changes in your diet may do the trick and then again may not... I for one have to take a few meds everyday but my BP stays normal through out my cycle and off however I have prepared myself and know what I can handle and what I cant... I dont want to follow in my fathers footsteps and die at the age of 45 due to BP and heart disease so I keep myself monitored and dont over do anything and I make sure what I take is the best I can get, Thank you Black Label...

Take care bro

I don't get my blood pressure checked as often as I should, but will be going here soon since I'm on cycle.

My blood pressure is around 60/140, which is a little high, especially considering my age. I've always had this problem, and it probably is due to the high sodium content of my eating habits.

I am sure mine is too high... I had it checked... and it is boarderline for my age... when I am calm.. it is lower... when I am pumped up... I'm sure it is through the roof...

Bro,

High BP is a very common condition now, is this abnormal? Well for the ages it affects it is but it has to do with so much and not just our gear usage lol... Citruside I would recommend you getting it under control even borderline is dangerous thats how mine started, and boy did I feel sluggish alot and sometimes it would make me sick in the gym.... For one everytime we workout with weights we raise our BP, its natural... Now alot of cardiologist are saying we shouldnt workout with weights to the extent we as bodybuilders do, I have to say I will never stop lol but I do try to keep myself educated to my condition... The reason the doctors are saying this is that some studies have shown our BP levels hover to points that become very dangerous... Now most of these levels drop off quickly after the set or workout but some of us might not leave the gyms lol and this exposes us to longer durations of these high levels... Take it for what its worth but you owe it to yourselves to live a life that might not be full of health problems....

Be safe brothers

I think mine is probably a little higher while on, but when off it is fine, something like 60/120. I notice it sometimes after I workout (nighttime) and then have a hard time going to bed. 1 out of every 10 days or so is when I feel like I can't catch my breath when trying to sleep, almost like I'm trying to hard. Just stopped the D-Bol, 3 weeks of Deca (200) left so hopefully that should bring it back down some.

Hopefully will go get a monitor tommorrow from the pharmacy. How much do those cost, the ones you buy?
