Been taking this stuff for water shed and BP. I got a bottle from one of my old Mexico connections. The stuff is great. I've been pissing like a Russian race horse, and my BP is lower. I started a Dbol/Deca/Test cycle. I don't bloat much , but this stuff really helps keep the puffiness down. I have to keep drinking water to insure against dehydration. It has no effect either way on aromatization. It's a BP med and diurectic in one little pill. Taking 50mg/ED
Just wanted to share.

Its basically DIAZIDE ive used it while i competed.

Mexico? WTF? You have a need to feel like an outlaw? Your doc will write a script for HTZ as a knee-jerk reaction if you show up with BP at high normal, 140/80. Generic, it costs less than chewing gum. Brand name Hydrodiuril, generic is hydrochlorothiazide.

Like any diuretic, watch your potassium to avoid muscle cramps and possibly more serious sides, like gout. Having your feet turn the color of liver and radiate pain as though they are full of broken glass will fuck up your workout like few other things will.

This was a free bottle, Digger. My friend just included at no charge with an order over a year ago, before Mexico fell.

Why would that make me an outlaw???

Mi Amigo said it worked great for bloat, and I'm running Test/Deca/ Dbol.
So far I have to agree. I'm only taking 25mg/ED.

I've run lasix before so I'm aware of potassium issues and cramping.
Thanks for the positve feedback. Sir.

You don't need to take more than 25 mg of hydrochlorthiazide (HCTZ).
Make sure that you also significantly cut back on salt.
In most people, it causes hypokalemia (low potassium levels) and potassium supplements are needed to be taken regularly. Severe hypokalemia is what kills people when they abuse diuretics (more common with lasix or frusemide).

You are better off if you switch to generic dyazide (triamtrene+HCTZ). That combination water pill does not cause hypokalemia.

Thank you. I'm only running this for a short time. I drink Gatorade to refill the electrolytes, and I take potassium supps anytime I'm on Dbol for the back pumps anyway.
Just so you know this is just an experiment. I've had this stuff since 2006.
I must say it does an good job on water shed and My BP is hanging around 140/85. That's with 750mg test/wk, 400mg Deca, 40mg Dbol.
I also take Avapro for BP. I'm only going to run it through Jan. then taper off. The second half of my cycle is a shredder. Thanks again for the warning.

Use aldactone instead. It is potassium sparring so you dont have to worry about cramping or in the worst case a heart attack. HCTZ is in a class of loop dieuretics. Try to stay away from them. Your potassium is not something you want to screw around with. Usually if and when you hear about some of these pros that walk off stage and collapse and die it is because they loaded up on lasix for the show, depleated their potassium to the point of having a heart attack and die. Obviously this is the extreme and the average person has nothing to worry about, but it can happen. Be careful bro and stay safe.

Oh, didn't know it was a freebie. It was just odd to see a familiar two-dollar generic from Rite-Aid spoken of in el Espanol as though it's some sort of exotic rocket fuel, that's all. Carry on!

LOL! After the reports and information I received in the last 2 days.....
I dumped the shit down the toilet!

Not rocket fuel....piss fuel. Man, I was going all the time!

I could see a difference. Only on it for 5 days.
I'll stick to cardio and adex to keep bloat down.

I appreciate your information of it's potential danger. Thanks, Chief! :)
