hi bp

Yes, High BP can cause arterial and heart damage over a period of time. It is best when treated early. You can also monitor it by buying a BP kit - some electronic kits are okay and some are not exactly calibrated but may give you some type of inidcation. You should keep a log of day and time. Also, put down what you did that day for workouts, cardio, drugs, alcohol, etc. to see if their is any correlations. Good luck,

Go to the drug store and buy a $20 monitor so you can check your BP yourself. I lift 5 times a week, strength at a pretty high level compared to most... box and kickbox anywhere from 3-8 times a week... go on dog walks... hike... run... ride my bike... am all round in pretty gret shape... and I just got a high BP reading... not much warning. I didn't feel a thing... still don't... and I wouldn't have gone to the doctor at all if it wasn't for my girlfriend.

i get headaches and nosebleed. theres no way im stopping my cycle. i'll grab a bp monitor. thanks george.
