hi pls help : ( need advice from the pros

Hi,
I have been powerlfiting for 6 years now and I always seem to look bulky. I want to go for a very lean and hard look. Since I never tried gearing up I want to go conservative and try stuff such as anavar/primo combo. But I'm worried that I may get minimal results. What other lean/cutting up pack would you reccomend for a beginner such as me?

Kindly put in this format:

Low risk/ low Return= *meaning little side effects with less gain, the rest follows.
1.
Mid risk/ Medium Retrurns
2.
High Risk/High Returns
3.
Thanks for your replies.

btw this are my stats
height 5,9
weight 175
bodyfat 13%
age 24
how long been lifting? powerlifting 6 years
plans want to get leaner and cut up
experience : no experience with gear yet but would prefer to stay on the safe side of geearing up.

Your diet is alot more important to get corrected first.

you look bulky at 175lbs?
i was thinking the same thing.
I'm 5'8 just stepped on the scale at 207 bf 12-14% this morning looked in the mirror and asked my self what cycles am i gonna run next to get back 220lbs except his time at 10% bf instead of 20%

5'9 175 bulkey maybe in ethopia but not in any gym around here

yeh, bulky at 175lbs???

anyways, you need to fix your diet and cardio routine if you want a hard and cut look. you don't look to drugs to get that look

175 @ 5'9 isnt bulky at all maybe the mirrors in your gym are distorted, unless your bodyfat is alot higher than you listed then i guess you could look a bit chubby?

Well I do have a four pack and all but. But I don't look very ripped I seem to look more massive. I do cardio 3 times a week high intensity for 1 hour. and the usual bench, deadlift, squats, cleanpress on the other days. I have tried a lot of things but i can never seem to achieve that lean and cut up look. Oh yeah since I used to be fat before. I also have excess skin which explains the not so ripped look.

just as some guys feel at 250lbs they are not big enough i think this guy has just the opposite condition.

at a buck 175lbs he struts around with his chest out as if he were the biggest rooster in the hen cage. i see it all the time some dudes 150lbs flexing in the mirror at the gym under the lights in a white tank top and think they are huge when from behind i see their ribs poking out of their backs.

My diet consists of two broiled or oven cooked chicken breasts w/o legs and wings. And I eat mostly boiled vegetable as my crabs. And a tuna sandwhich w/o mayo once in awhile. I really have poor metabolism. I can do low squats 5x10 30- 1min seconds rests at a weight of 240 pounds. My bench is usually 5x10 1 minute rest weighing at 150 pounds. And I do my deadlift is also 5X10 1 minute rest 400 pounds. I think I am fairly strong and my diet is good. Don't smoke or drink.

guyz, I do cardio. 3 times a week. 1 hour and somtiimes even 1 hour and 30 mins. I still look soft. whimper.....no one cares to answer my question.

If your metabolism is shot, you might look at eating more. If the above is your diet, your body is probably in starvation mode causing your metabolism to be very low.

sorry bulky and soft due to my loose skin I used to be very fat before so I have excess skin Thanks Mike.!

Dude depending on how you were before, you might never get that look you want without Plastic surgery. If you were sitting at 350-400 lbs for a long time and lost 150 lbs..no amount of cardio in the world is gonna get rid of the loose skin...trust me on this one, im going through the same shit...the best you can do is fill it out with some muscle..save some $$ and cut the rest off...

Lost around 50 pounds. Ever since then my skin was pretty loose. So you decided to do surgery or fill it with muscle?

dude the reason you don't look "cut up" is because you only do bench, deadlifts, squats, and cleans... To look totally shredded you need to focus on every muscle, and every angle of the muscle

The safe side??? I've been on the shit pretty much 17 yrs non stop. If I haven't keeled over dead yet I doubt you have much to worry about as far as health is concerned at this point. However there is nothing wrong with playing it smart and not megadosing test or taking orals year round.

Your issues lie mainly in your diet and training. To acquire what you want you'd be better off in the diet or training forum. Once you get these things dialed in, that's when the juice works the best.

Both man..im not done losing...once i am...im going to pack on muscle then get rid of the drooping skin, depending on how much you lose...you cant out all the belly and leg skin..but the arms and back you can fill out ok if you put your mind and diet to it

Bro, loose skin isn't going to be a problem at your age. You lost 50lbs, not 150. When did you lose the weight? Youve been powerlifting since you were 18 right? Your post just doesn't add up to me. You powerlifted beginning in your teens and now you're 24. Sometime you lost 50lbs. Were you 225lbs as a 17 year old? Answer these questions and it'll be easier to come up with a solution. I definitely wouldn't go the surgery route. That'll scar you up badly and at your age your loose skin will tighten up.Definitely you don't look "massive" at 5'9" 175. That's just not very big. The dimensions you listed with the bodyfat and 4pack describe to me somebody that doesn't work out at all and if he does he's not doing it correctly. List your trainig split and a typical days diet and you'll get some answers here. Don't touch primo, anavar or any other AAS, you'll just be disappointed with the results. You've got a ways to go before you're ready for drugs. I'm 5'9" also and about 195lbs and alot leaner than you are and I don't look or feel massive and that's adding 20lbs to you.

Yes. I lost it when I was 17. Yup 50 pounds.I know its hard to believe but my skin condition is really poor the surgeon didn't even reccomend surgery beacuse of scarring. Sundays:
Cardio for 1 hour again jogging.

This has been my workout for three straight years. Haven't changed it.

My usual daily diet consists of 1 or 2 chicken breasts. prepared oven cooked. w/o the wings skin and leg.I slowly consume it throughout the day. I have your ocassional chicken or tuna sandwhich w/o mayo. I really don't touch rice.I hate eating in the morning which is why I usually consume a bowl of steamed brocolli or cauliflower.I don't smoke or drink.

I'm thinking maybe I should just do roids to fill up the excess skin with muscle.Or maybe roids will make my muscles even harder so it will even out the skin. My goal is to look tight and lean. Just like your picture man. wow your chests fills out nicely. :chomp:
