I've read conflicting reports about GH's ability to increase muscle size and strength. Some say it can increase muscle mass, but not do much for strength, others say it is better for strength gains, rather than mass gains. Others still, report that it gives similar degrees of muscle size and strength.
So, what do people here who have used it think about this?
Does GH increase relative strength (strength to weight ratio), or does is it have a larger effect on muscle size?
