I have just started... Supposed to be somewhat of a fountain of youth for the aged but for younger it will make you grow.
Some sides would be joint pain which I have not noticed yet although my hands have swelled which is common. Another side effect would be the price and in some cases (for lack of a better term) will make bones grow. From what I have read it can cause elongation of the fingers, hands, toes and feet as well as even the forehead.
