HGH without Test??

I won't bore you with details, but I started on TRT about a month ago and have had some really bad affects from it, mainly sleep problem.... major sleep problems. Doc says about 1 out of 20 of his patients have this problem and of course it is my luck I am that one.

Anyway, as I am nearing 50, I was hoping TRT would give me some good anti-aging benefits and some help in the gym (been training for 30 years). He is talking to me about going to HGH, which although really expensive, I really like the benefits of it from a body composition standpoint.

But he says that it really makes no sense to take HGH without the test cyp.....

This is a good Doc and really cool about this kind of stuff so I trust him....

But wanted to get everyone's input on that.

Also, he did mention that since I needed to get off the TRT that maybe doing some anvar for a while might help with my workouts and the need to drop some bodyfat. (Yea he is a cool dude I have known personally for many many years)

thoughts on that?

I am hoping to hear from some of you.......

My program partners HGH and test plus adex, vit and mins, sleep, exercise and diet.

Speaking to HGH and test ... I have always put them together and gotten excellent results. I believe HGH is helping the overall foundation of the body and test on the muscles, tendons and ligs. I know this is simplifying but it keeps me in perspective.

For HRT:
100 mg of any test each week. I like bio-identical or sust

1 iu of hgh eod

0.5 adex every 3.5 days

8 + 1 hrs sleep each day

Full range of vits and mins

Push/pull/legs&abs rest one day, repeat with two rest days, repeat for exercise routine.

Low fast carb diet with extra protein and veggies

I will also do cycles for fun with test pushed up to 600 mg a week. All other elements the same.

Periodically I'll get off everything for 4 weeks, lower the weights and just loaf. In the fifth week I get a blood test. Even then, my numbers fall within range of traditional medicine.

I'm almost 67. I bench, row and squat over 300 for reps.
460 calf raises
50-85 db exercises
230 behind neck press
400 shrugs
150 standing curls and skull crushers.
120 ham curls
BW plus 45 for chins and dips
45 for neck raises
I hate abs and do chair legs raises 3x8 with 25 on each ankle,
and upside down crunches with a 45, 3x8. 100 twists with an olympic bar.

With out HRT or Cycles, I am normal, but fit. Everything about 50% less.

Sleep problem? Try otc PM ... about 1/2 a tab. The test raises your bp and can trouble your sleep. You may sweat more. Remember when you were a sweaty teen? Welcome back.
 
I recommend the HGH - 100%. The test is good and will pump you up a bit, give you some wood, and so on. But the HGH is the stuff - man. Only problem I have is the price which is outrageous - otherwise I would use it all the time.

You might try some peptides like DISP which can chill you out and give some deep sleep.
