HGH vs liposuction

Just curious with all the side effects of overdosing on HGH, like enlarged organs ie GH gut, why don't the professional do liposuction to remove the fat in the gut region?

Dang, I wanted to be the first to say this. LOL.

Many people never notice this from lipo because they never get down to single digit bodyfat percents anyways, but if you do plan to, Lipo is not the way to go.
