Ok Gents
First goals to drop bodayfat and reach a lower weight drop about 18 pounds I hope, been running hgh blue tops for 8 weeks 4iu a day 1 off i have serostim next and plan to run a total of 7 .5 months with 4iu 6 x a week
stats 204lbs now was 195 before cycle age 31 bf 21% pre hgh it was 18.7%
I know for a fact I am holding a good amount of water
calories about 3400-3600 a day 6 meals a day about 3 hours apart 3 shakes 3 real meals
gym 5 x a week cardio 2-3 x a week
my appetite has skyrocketed
1) Debating on weather to splt injections up to two times a day
2) I have run t3 and am considering running a small does(25mcg to 50mcg ed ) to boost my metabolism ( I have read hgh will inhibit normal tyroid function)
3) And thought about running test with it as well to help once i hit 11 or 12 weeks into the cyle to help lean out.
4) I do not eat until an hour after injection should i bump this up to 90 mins or so?
I am in this for the long haul and I know it will take time but are these initial results typical, increase in bodyfat, and weight, Should I simply be more optimistic about dropping bodayfat about 3 months in?
