I'll tell you 1 thing I've learned firsthand

Baddog, this was done already. Basically The Man Child put together most or all of IronMaster's gh posts and stuck them all in one big post. Do a search, it was only a few days or weeks ago.

Hey, bro. The personal experiences idea is a good one IMO because the age range that uses the stuff is huge and so is the amount that people take. I get a carpal tunnel syndrome-like effect if I take too much of it. I'd like to know at what dosages other bro's experience this problem.

that's what im talkin about.. Everyone lists how good something is but they never post how it feels to be on the stuff..that's what gets me bro... I just want this thread to be helpful to those that do not know what to expect...Peace
