I would suggest daily along with TRT.

If you're on HRT, what are you looking to accomplish with the HCG? Is this regimen laid out by a doctor? Moreover, by a doctor with HRT experience? Just curious.

HCG folks seem to run it 2 or 3 times a week 250iu....HGH some run it commonly Mon-Fri, or Mon-Wed-Fri, and it can be done IM injection as well. I used to do it IM but recently went back to SubQ just because its way faster and easier
