I'm new to this site but lookin for some input/help. I've been reading alittle about HGH and HCG for weight loss. I've tried every diet imaginable, along with all different types of workout and NOTHING works. I do have Hashimoto's and my T3 levels are regulated with Cytomel. But it does nothing to help with weight loss.
Do either HGH or HCG work for weight loss? Worried about side effects.
HELP!!
 
Any recommendations? I've tried all the appetite suppressants and they last about a week and then no longer have an effect. Same with liquid Clen. I become immune to the stuff.
Working out and special diet are not working.

you need to change your diet!!! not worry about what chemicals you can take to surpress your hunger. go to the doc and get some phentermine. that will flush the liquids right outta ya and you wont be able to eat. but like i said before you need to just change your diet!!
 
I'm sorry but people who say, "I've tried every diet and they don't work!" are FOS.

What you REALLY mean is, "I'm not dedicated enough to stick to a diet and I still eat pizza, french fries, and cake, so I want a drug that will let me eat bad things and still be thin." right?

man the only thing that works with no diet .. is DNP bro period..u can pretty much eat watever u want and lose weight.. before the bashing starts .. i have done it and i know its every dangerous.. but i gotta be honest with the man

Pizza, french fries & cake are not allowed in my house! I eat all organic foods. If it doesn't come in its natural form, I don't eat it. I eat 5 small meals a day. I also work out 4-5 days a week w/ cardio and weights.
Anything else you wanna accuse me of?

your diet might not have enough calories to facilitate the fat burning process. why not list what you at and people can give you an idea.

gh is for experienced people and dnp is crap.

if your worried about side effects rule out dnp - dinitrophenol - - dinitrophenol - immediately and don't give it another thought... as one of the very real possibilities is death... essentially frying yourself from the inside out!!

HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - isn't used for diet it's used for cutting it's a whole other side of the ball game!!

gh - growth hormone (somatropin) - does have some minor fat loss properties but not really what you're lookin for and the cost is really way to much for this unless you're already in the very low BF digits and you have ALOT of money to kick around

clenbuterol or albuterol will be your best options also an E-C-A stack that is ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirin. especially for the cost!! cycle those 2 weeks clen or albuterol and then 2 weeks E-C-A for 3 months and then take a break

but diet and cardio are still the key players... if you are in a caloric deficit your body will lose weight PERIOD!! you may eat all natty but that doesn't tell us anything really!! there was a show dealing with obese people and this guy was huge complaining that he only ate oranges and still gaining weight... and his doctor was trying to explain that it doesn't matter that it was fruit and he was still gaining weight because he was eating 47 oranges a day!!natty foods don't really mean anything except they don't have added chemicals (and actually they do... to have organic vegetables in the store labeled organic, that really only means that they stopped chemicals pesticides, non-organic fertilizers a certain amount of days before harvest... I think it varies from state to state but I digress) back to the point that has nothing to do with the amount of protein, carbs, cals intake... so really you haven't told us much about your diet!!

I had problems with cutting as well. I cut my calorie intake down and exercised daily with some cardio but wasn't losing much weight. However as soon as I started eating more often and exercising both in the morning and at night after my last meal. I started to shred fat quickly. Oh yeah, I also had a decent fat burner and a couple gallons of water a day to help out as well. My metabolism has really been kicked up a few gears since I started this routine.
 
Diet consists of:
Breakfast: 3-4 eggwhites w/ mushrooms & 2 slices of organic cheese. Occasionally I'll have turkey bacon or throw the eggs in a whole wheat tortilla.
Snack : medium apple
Lunch : chicken & veggies
Snack: some kind of fruit and/or a few nuts (walnuts, pumpkin seed meats, almonds) or sliced turkey.
Dinner: chicken & veggies
Lots of water thru out the day. It's pretty much all I drink.
Sometimes after a workout I'll have a protein drink made w/ water, egg white protein powder, some ground flax seed & frozen cut up fruit. I can't have soy & I'm lactose intolerant so I can't have whey.

I've started HIIT. Something different. We'll see if that makes any difference.

what's your workout look like?? you do know that a cup of nuts is somewhere around 900 cals!! and the supps I outlind are far better than what you're gonna finsd in a gnc or the likes of... also lots of fruit isn't your friend on a cutter!! what are your portion sizes?? there's stil alot of variables left in the mix, but losing fat comes down to one thing only... using more calories than you take in during a day!!

Work out is both weights and cardio. I do the HIIT for about 20 min. Weight training is for an hour. Both are done 5 days a week.
As far as food. Don't eat a cup of nuts. Usually a small handful once a week. My chicken/turkey portions are weighted so I'm eating about 4-5 oz.

Saw your supplement notes but I can't take ephedren due to an electrical problem with my heart. Caffiene does nothing for me. I can drink a pot and go to sleep. I currenlty take an aspirin everyday.

Sounds like you have one f-ed up body bro, you need to stay far away from the drugs as possible cause it's just gonna mess you up even more!
 
Sounds like a case of lack of effort. I don't care what body type you are, if you eat right and bust your ass on the cardio aspect (im taking about 1-2hrs busting your ass) and burning off more or almost all of what your taking in calorie wise you WILL lose weight.

Sorry bro, there is no magic pill that will let u slam pizza, burgers, and fries and become a nice thin man. You need to eat less, point blank.

But ya, I do have a f'd up body. I get blood test every 8 weeks to see what the hell is going on with my messed up thyroid.

yeah that's a fairly vital bit of info left out!! yeah I don't think you should really be lookin at meds rights now and work out the thyroid thing with your doc!! good luck!!
