1) 2 IU's/day for general well-being and fat loss. OPINION: Do your first two in the AM soon after you wake-up.
2) 4-5 IU's/day for anabolic effects. OPINION: 4+ IU's/day seem to be much more anabolic when used in conjunction with AAS. Without AAS, HGH may not be very anabolic at all
3) Don't do more than 2 IU's at a time -- your liver won't process it as well
4) Always do HGH with low blood sugar levels -- either do it with diet or with slin. Slin scares me, so I do it with diet.
5) Sides: Lethargy, joint pain (particularly shoulders for me), swelling in hands, wrists and feet. At very high doses (and a few cases reported at lower doses) you can get growth in your internal organs (particularly large intestine) -- known as "HGH gut".
6) Dosing ramp-up: Always start at 2 IU's, then 3-4 weeks in try 2 IU's more. If sides appear, drop dose, wait 1-2 weeks, then try to ramp back up. Don't try to "gut it out" at 4 -- you probably won't be able to
7) If you are doing HGH with AAS, ramp-up your HGH and be stable at 4 IU's/day before your cycle kicks-in. Nothing worse than starting HGH with your cycle, only to get HGH sides right as the AAS kick-in.
8) Do HGH for 6+ months at a time. Lesser times don't seem to have as much of an impact.
