I need a point in the right direction to research HGH how to take it what amounts etc etc anyone have some info?

Do a google on it, there is alot of good research papers out there, I have even talked to doctors and read their books before I started on gh. 2-3iu's is usually the standard for leaning down (depending on your age) and 4-6iu's a day broken into 2 injections is better suited for anabolic effects. I have known pro's to use up to 16iu's a day, but doctors almost never prescribe doses that high so there is no real research that can be found. Highest I have seen is 10iu's a day for burn victims. I am currently up to 10iu's/day after lengthy time ramping up. If you start out at full dose, sometimes even at the lower end of the spectrum you can end up with tremendous pains in wrists, elbows, etc...
 
ive done a search but i keep getting sprays and otc stuff ill keep looking further thanx for the info
 
Just about all the research that I have encountered says that the longer that you can stay on taking a low dosage is best. 3ius 5 days 2 days off.

1) 2 IU's/day for general well-being and fat loss. OPINION: Do your first two in the AM soon after you wake-up.

2) 4-5 IU's/day for anabolic effects. OPINION: 4+ IU's/day seem to be much more anabolic when used in conjunction with AAS. Without AAS, HGH may not be very anabolic at all

3) Don't do more than 2 IU's at a time -- your liver won't process it as well

4) Always do HGH with low blood sugar levels -- either do it with diet or with slin. Slin scares me, so I do it with diet.

5) Sides: Lethargy, joint pain (particularly shoulders for me), swelling in hands, wrists and feet. At very high doses (and a few cases reported at lower doses) you can get growth in your internal organs (particularly large intestine) -- known as "HGH gut".

6) Dosing ramp-up: Always start at 2 IU's, then 3-4 weeks in try 2 IU's more. If sides appear, drop dose, wait 1-2 weeks, then try to ramp back up. Don't try to "gut it out" at 4 -- you probably won't be able to

7) If you are doing HGH with AAS, ramp-up your HGH and be stable at 4 IU's/day before your cycle kicks-in. Nothing worse than starting HGH with your cycle, only to get HGH sides right as the AAS kick-in.

8) Do HGH for 6+ months at a time. Lesser times don't seem to have as much of an impact.
 
I just use 2iu's in the morning.. right when I get up. I am going to see how long my wallet will let me do that. A buddy of mine that writes for a well known magazine and competes told me that is all you need.
