Hello there EF' folks .. this is actually a repost, i posted it over at triedia some days ago, but noone seems to _know_ ... so i'd thought id try the knowledgeable overhere ? hope that okay!

I've heard several things about growth, and i've got a few questions.
we produce this hormone naturally, and its primaly released during sleep (about 2 hours in.), is this correct ?
So my questions are :
1. It has been suggested to be by a 'huge' dude on another board (diff. tema), that i would gain extra by 1. sleeping 8-10 hours a day, and 2. set the alarm 4-5 hours into the sleep, get up, have a bigass shake, and go to bed again! .. oki, so far so good, now im thinking, will this strategy give me two peaks in my natural growth hormone release ? longshot i know, but anyway..
2. Glutamine is said to do a number of things, one is being able to increase the bodys natural growth hormone by up to 400%, is this correct ? and if so, combined with nr.1 we might be getting somewhere
3. What dosages of growth does the human body produce naturally(200 to 450 ng/ml ?) versus the dosages normally taken while 'cycling' ?
and finally 4. I've heard alot of different things about growth, as "growth alone wont give u shit" and "growth will fuck ur body up guranteed"... i was under the impression that growth had the capability to make certain bodyparts start growing again, that be bone structure or internal organs, and of course our beloved muschles.. i kinda took this perspective against many proffesional bodybuilders high profile jaw's and the spacing between their front teeth, thinking 'someone did growth there' .. is this friggin myths ? or is there something to it ? I've also read growth related to as 'The fountain of youth' ... WHAT the hell is this growth really all about ? is it one byg HYPE, or do anyone really know ???
