HGH, Growth, what if....

Hello there EF' folks .. this is actually a repost, i posted it over at triedia some days ago, but noone seems to _know_ ... so i'd thought id try the knowledgeable overhere ? hope that okay!

here goes:

Growth...
I've heard several things about growth, and i've got a few questions.

we produce this hormone naturally, and its primaly released during sleep (about 2 hours in.), is this correct ?

So my questions are :
1. It has been suggested to be by a 'huge' dude on another board (diff. tema), that i would gain extra by 1. sleeping 8-10 hours a day, and 2. set the alarm 4-5 hours into the sleep, get up, have a bigass shake, and go to bed again! .. oki, so far so good, now im thinking, will this strategy give me two peaks in my natural growth hormone release ? longshot i know, but anyway..

2. Glutamine is said to do a number of things, one is being able to increase the bodys natural growth hormone by up to 400%, is this correct ? and if so, combined with nr.1 we might be getting somewhere

3. What dosages of growth does the human body produce naturally(200 to 450 ng/ml ?) versus the dosages normally taken while 'cycling' ?


and finally 4. I've heard alot of different things about growth, as "growth alone wont give u shit" and "growth will fuck ur body up guranteed"... i was under the impression that growth had the capability to make certain bodyparts start growing again, that be bone structure or internal organs, and of course our beloved muschles.. i kinda took this perspective against many proffesional bodybuilders high profile jaw's and the spacing between their front teeth, thinking 'someone did growth there' .. is this friggin myths ? or is there something to it ? I've also read growth related to as 'The fountain of youth' ... WHAT the hell is this growth really all about ? is it one byg HYPE, or do anyone really know ???

Im sorry if this is all to growth-newbiesh .. but i've read and read, and im getting different stories all over ...

Dont know, but sleeping turns catabloic if you dont eat anything in the middle of the night.
 
HGH alone will cause gain in LBM and loss of fat-add in steroids or insulin and you'll get huge regardless of diet-there is no point waking yourself in middle of nite-only a deep sleep produces GH
 
I've been taking hgh every day for the last 2 years. And at 3 IU/day for the last year. There are NO bad side effects. Cholesterol down to 138, tryglycerides down, body fat down, strength and muscle mass up a bit, less facial wrinkles. I will NEVER stop taking it. Its too good and does things internally that nothing else will. Basically, its a cell repair and maintenance hormone.

I've tried the various gh releasers too such as glutamine, arginine pyroglutamate lysine, etc. It raised my IGF-1 70 points, which is the equivalent of about 1 IU/day. That's nice, but nowhere near enough to get my IGF-1 where I want it (which is about 400-450)

You can get side effects (carpel tunnel, big gut, bone growth, etc.) if the dosages are high enough. I would recommend not cycling and keeping the dosages around 3-6 IU/day depending on your finances. Do it for the rest of your life. Seriously.

Do some reading on hgh. Try Dr. Klatz's book, Grow Young with HGH.
 
I wish. I get mine from China at $3/IU. I used to get my insurance to cover half of it, but my company switched to Cigna and they specifically don't cover hgh. So I spend $9/day.
 
Generic hgh from a Chinese recombinant dna manufacturing facility. Same place that supplies a certain baseball playing Chinese source.
