HGH for Fat Loss

I have been trying to research HGH for months now and I get different answers from everybody I talk to.
Some say do the HGH. Some say it can cause diabetes. Some say it can mess up your receptors for your own HGH production. Some say it is the best drug to aid in fat loss out there period. Some say eat carbs, some say don't eat carbs.

Are there any doctors on this board? or studies out there that I can read?

I am 29 years old 5'10 245 and I want to lose about 30 pounds of fat.

I have some Jino to get started with..

I have just started my cardio again and will be doing at least 30 minutes a day with the incline on 15 on the treadmill.

It has been tough for me to eat extremely clean lately, but I have been working on that.

Fact is, summer is here and I need to do something quickly!!

GH is a very expensive fat losss supplement as u probably know. do u take any stims or other thermos? HGH study shows mroe effective to use EOD than the typical 5 days on 2 off. That is what I have learned on here. 30 lbs is not much... I lost 35 lbs last summer in 14 weeks on clean diet and some supps. costing me a lot less than GH.
 
I have Phentermine, but all that does is make me not hungry all day and want to pig out at night when it wears off...
I already have the kit of GH, I am wondering if it is safe or not at my age.(29)

well i hope u dont pig out at night. hwo many iu's do u have, 100? that wont last that long.. if your doing like 4 iu's eod, that 50 days. thats 7 weeks.. and too short to notice effects of GH... learned that u need to run it at least 3 months.. 6 months is better.
but im going to stop, because I have no business talking about GH... not sumthing i plan on taking/ researching for a while, since im onlly 22, i got a few years in me before i should use it. ill let someone else chime in
 
I have a kit to start with. If things are going well health wise, and I don't get any crazy side effects, I will get more.

I also want to know when to take it, can I eat for a certain time before or after?

All of these questions that I have been asking have received conflicting answers. I just want to know the truth before I go ahead with something.

I've never heard of this...interesting...every other day? at what dosages do you need for it to be affective, i know HGH doesnt stay in your system long so it would seem crazy to do it every other day dont ya think? you wanna keep it active
 
The study I saw on EOD dosing with GH was done on children with stunted growth, not on athletes looking for more muscle and less fat. For now I'll stick with the 5 on/2 off schedule. The general consensus is to take half the dose mid morning and the other late afternoon. If you're only using 3 IU's you can just take the full dose in the mid morning.
 
When you say "mid-morning" is this before or after breakfast? And how long before or after meals would you recommend? Does it even matter?

How about the whole carb thing? I have heard that it makes no difference and I have also heard to keep carbs real low.

Gets confusing...
 
I think you need to get your diet and workout routine in check before you touch anything. Let alone shit as serious as HGH. If you can't lay off the pizza then don't bother.

alot of people arnt fans
but if you can take The 7 days of hell it will do alot more then the HGH in the fat loss department .
and be alot cheaper 2 :)

I hope that dnp post was a joke! I would hate to see this guy seriously hurt his health over it if he doesn't know anything about it. jonnya, listen to neo22, if you don't have the diet under control, and a training regimen in place, you will be wasting your money starting HGH right now ... and that shiznit isn't cheap! Exercise and diet are what is going to help you shed body fat, and there is ample advice about those things floating around on this board.

Just do your research, and do the hard part by getting your diet and exercise program under control. Get your body fat down in this way, and save the HGH until ... 1. you have your body fat down to a point where it will do you some good, and; 2. you have done more research on the possible health effects of HGH supplementation, because there can be some!

Personally, I would never put any AAS into my body if I didn't know everything about its effects that I could. Not a flame, bro, just don't want to see you waste good $$ or hurt your health. :)

Very good advice here and nicely put with out being a dick about it.Listen to this bro his advice is very sound, save the HGH and get yourself some ephedra for now along with morning cardio on empty stomach and work up your endurance and stamina.Meanwhile do lots of research on aas and get yourself another few kits of gh so you have enough to run it for 6 months or so at 2ius minimum once your lean and mean enough and then you can hop on a cycle if you decide its your cup of coffe.Good luck bro and trust me that gh will do almost nothing for you unless your very advanced in the game and are using other compounds with it I know not because of what people on the boards say but because Ive ran and Im run it right now.K coming your way Ziggy. :coffee:

Well, I have no reference there, as I have never used DNP before. However, from what I read of your posts, I would be willing to bet that you have done your homework on how to take it, the possible sides, and the potential for damage to your health if not used properly. All I'm saying is that this guy should do a few things before he decides on a course of AAS.

Will DNP ever be in my future? I doubt it. I have read about cases of brain damage and even death when someone is (improperly) using DNP. Can't argue with the results it gives tho, Satch.

Take it around 10 A.M. This is when your natural GH levels are lowest. How many carbs you eat depends on if you're dieting or bulking. Since you're dieting you want to keep them low, but you will be able to eat more with GH, than you would without it. GH affects some people's blood sugar levels and others it doesn't. So I would take with a meal to be safe.

Hey bro I take my slin at around 10:00 am due to the fact that this is when I finish my am workout and I take my pwo slin shot with my gatorade then a pwo drink is it cool to take the slin along with the gh both at 10:00am?

I was the one who originally posted and outlined the hGH study in details, apparently I did a good job as it spread to many boards and many hGH users. I personally go with 12iu of HGH EOD between cycles. I like my GH Bridger, as giving yourself an edge when off cycle without interferring with your natural test production is a good plan. Search for the study posted by me, I didn't have time yet to renew plat so can't find it.

As these two bro's said. Get lean without it, then use it when you can maintain your target weight. Then use it and you'll be really happy. 3 months is ok, 6 better, etc....
 
I have never lost any additional fat from running GH!
If you can't lose fat with diet and exercize... you can't lose it because you lazy! Harsh but true.
Lose it the old fashioned way then look at supplements...
 
My reply would be to keep away from HGH ,clen,DNP,and just try keeping your diet clean,doing cardio,eating when your supposed to.Meaning eating after 7:00PM is a no-no. Eating oatmeal for breakfast with a banana or slice of fruit with a little protein.Chicken ,tuna for lunch and rice,chicken or red meat for diner.I have my reasons for leaning away from HGH because I have gotten a tumor on my kidney and my endo said keep away from HGH from now on.I'm not completely drawn from it. It does have it's benifits,fat reduction,muscle building,being able to sleep among other things. I have'nt given up on HGH.
 
Hey bro . get on your diet . HGH at 5 or 6 weeks is like thowing money out the window . You really need about 6 months minimum . For just fat loss it is pricey too .

EOD seems to be getting some good results . Take it mid morning and mid afternoon if possible .

Stick with a good diet bro . If you can diet then eventually I would try the HGH if you are serious or maybe injured .
