I know when using a 6mg Serostim kit you take 5.5 and multiple that by the number of IU's you want to inject using a slin pin.

My question is that I also get 4mg kits and wanted to know what the multiplier was for 1 IU with the 4mg serostim kit???

You have to know how many GHiu's the vial makes when reconstituted, and how much bac. water is used to convert. Likely, it's 12iu per ml.........so, 1/12th an ml is what you need to draw in a 1ml insulin dart.
There is no correlation between GHiu's and insulin iu's. You can figure out the math if you want (about 30% higher on the multiplier), but my way is simpler.
So tell me about the 4mg Sero......hologramed?
