First, I want to wish everyone a Happy and Healthy New Year. Second, I want to thank everyone for the Email greetings and for the contributions to the Board. I have come to the conclusion that a decent workout, a fair diet, and HGH will constantly lower one's bodyfat--no matter how fat they are. These folks can stay on HGH until their BF% is as low as they can go, and then they can switch to anabolics for maintenance. I believe that HGH supplementation is only necessary for this first phase. So, the need to take HGH indefinitely is not necessarily true. Suppose one takes HGH for 12 months; suppose the dosages cost $18,000.00 (estimate). Then suppose they switch to an anabolic like Test or Oxandrin. Isn't it worth the cost of the HGH for a one-time cycle? Seems to me to be a good long-term investment. Just some thoughts as we close out 2001. Again, thanks to everyone for making 2001 sucessful and here's to making 2002 even better.
