Hgh and bcaas ??

If i run hgh in the AM as soon as i wake up, could i take bcaas as well or will they release insulin?? then its off to cardio "fasted"

BCAAs have some glycemic response, but it is very minimal. In my opinion it would be nothing to worry about.

THANKS, iam thinking of upping to 4iu a day which i keep reading is the min dose..
