I need advise on a HG cycle for women...... Some questions I have are how much, how often, what to stack with it, what should my diet consist of and any other advise from women with experience. I want to loose body fat and gain lean muscle. Please help ladies......

Welcome to Elite before we start with cycle advice etc. Lets find out more about you. What are your currnet stats hieght weight b%? What is your diet and training like now.

first off, real quick, GH by itself for women w/o the use of any AAS will be a huge waste of time and money...SuperQT- take it away...

Depends on what your goals are.

To "lose bodyfat and gain lean muscle mass", GH really isn't a cost effective approach. Better results w/ a clean diet & training & some consistency. By itself GH won't build muscle mass either.

Diet & training.

What she said. I agree 120%.

Thanks - I have lost about 100 lbs in the last 5 years. Curently, I am about 164 at
5' 9" with an estimated bf of 19 %. I have cycled deca (with good results but a lot of water), anavar, T-3 and clen. I would like to try something new - I had heard GH was good to cut fat and gain lean muscle when stacked with anavar. Anavar works good for me with little water weight. But my info is not coming from a woman with experience (a man). My diet is clean but not super strict. What would you recomend to take it to the net level? I would like to be about 140....

Great job so far... List out exactly what a typical day is like in terms of eating also include what your doing for weights and cardio.

Here is a summary~~

Cardio 30-45 minutes 5 days a week (walking / running on treadmill) around 5:30 in the morning.

My training is very intense - more so than most women.

Chest - Monday evening
Bi's / 30 minutes aerobics - Tuesday evening
Back - Wednesday
Tri's / Shoulders - Thursday
Legs - Friday

For my eating patterns - I am pretty strict Monday - Friday and not so strick on the weekends.

egg whites / wheat toast 7:30 AM
4 oz chicken, turkey, or fish / veg (green beans . broccli) 11:00 AM
4 oz chicken, turkey or fish and a veg 2:30
8 oz chicken, turkey, or fish ana a veg 8:00

Weekends is not so organized. What are your thoughts?????

Are you having a protien shake after your work outs? You need one both after cardio and lifting.

What exactly are you eating on the weekends?

Also what are your goals?

My comments outside of the GH

- at 5'9", 140 could be too light. I would instead look at my bodyfat as a goal and not worry so much about weight. I competed at 8% bf and 139 lb and I'm 5'7". I have a helluva time getting down to 140 and maintaining it with my muscle mass. And also if you are cycling things like deca you aren't really setting yoruself up to be at a lower weight. You are goign to be buildign muscle mass that will simply keep you from getting down to the lower weights. But you can definitely get leaner (less bodyfat).

Your diet looks like you could use some more carbs -- you might consider a carb rotation to help kick up more bodyfat loss. Also I'm not sure how much good quality fat you are getting.

I do not have a protein shake after cardio or training. I thought a protein shake would be too much or cause me to put on weight? Cardio at 5:30 and eat my first meal at 7:30. In the evenings, I usually eat about an 1 hour after training. I am not sure if my diet is correct and as mentioned I may need more carbs but not sure how to rotate them without putting on weight - my body LOVES carbs.

I want to be lean and tone - not skinny and no muscle (hate that look). The deca and anavar did give me lean muscle but I need more. Sassy - I have always wondered if I would look undernurrished at 140 - interesting you point this out. I do consider myself solid. I am not as lean and muscular as I want to be - hence the GH question.

What do you think?

No not at all protein does not cause you to bulk, post workout is the most important time to have them as your muscles have been depleted of all there protein. I am going to be frank here you need to get your diet more in line and do a bit more research regarding clean eating (see the stickys at the top of the board) before you consider running GH. Diet is the basic building block to any person pursuing a lean muscular body. GH is not some magic injection that is going to melt the fat away.

Not to avoid giving you cycle info on the GH, but the thing is that GH is an expensive supp and it is also something that you need to run for 3-6 months to "get results". By itself some people claim to get good results, some don't. You won't build muscle on GH by itself and if anything you may lose some bodyfat but the types of results also include things like improved well-being, smoother skin and those things that come with "youth" (and decrease w/ age).

You've already made some amazing accomplishments & I appreciate your desire to complete the transformation as you've already proven that you can accomplish so much. But like I said, if you are looking for a solid muscular body, at your height it is probably goign to be very hard to get down to & maintain 140 lb. I dont know what your build is like - if you have a small bone structure or what -- I have a medium build but I've got 23 yrs of weight training that has given me a really solid muscle base and the additional 10-15 lb of bodyfat that I just tend to buidl along w/ the muscle.

But looking at your diet, especially if you have followed that same diet for a while, your body is most likely stalled out and you can make some simple changes to the diet (which doesn't cost you anything, doesn't require running a controlled substance for 6 months and will only be good for your body). I bet your body would respond well to carb cycling and you may want to increase your fats some.

To give you a better idea of what exactly you are eating as far as proteins / fats / carbs and total calories,. I'd suggest you enter a day's meal plan into a food counts program like www.fitday.com to see what you are really eating and where you may be able to adjust the amounts to "shock" your body back into more effecient bodyfat burning.

Thanks for the info...... I will check into the website mentioned. I am having a tummy tuck in December to completely remove all excess skin from loosing weight. I am serious about this and will look further into adjusting my diet a little. I have been weight training for about 10-12 years and love it..... I will admit I am a little less experienced with adjusting diets. I have lost a lot but there comes a time you need to adjust as you get closer to your goals - I am at that point. Thanks again for your time ladies~~~~
