I have been gone for awhile...about a year...and just wanted to say hi to board and that its good to be back on! I have been out of the game for about the same amount of time and cant wait to get back in the gym and get going.

I have put on some weight during my vacation.....just curious what all of you think is your ULTIMATE stack for dropping the weight and getting your muscles caught back up.

Welcome back even if I am a relativly new member. I think a good cycle to get back into it would be:

Test Prop 150mg/eod (Week 1-8)
Tren Ace 75mg/eod (Week 1-6)

It worked great for me for getting cut and getting my muscles in shape. You could also add some Proviron into the mix if you wanted too at about 50mg /ed. It might not be the ULTIMATE cycle but a good one.
