Any Good Fats will help bring up your HDL man. Natural Peanut Butter (if you can have it around without going overboard) Nuts, good Oils like Olive, Flax, canola, etc.

Just cut back on your Saturated fat and cut out any Trans Fats while replacing them with Good fats, still keeping at least 20-30% of you calories coming from the good fat.

This will work well, also get your RDA of dietary fiber, maybe more, to help decrease your ldl.
