Hey guys!! ;) Just wanted to tell ya how good it feels to see ya'll checkin' up on me. :)
I have not been able to get back on plan. ie= crappy eating+non existent exercise. :( I have a really hard to getting back on plan when i go off. It's either "really on" or "really off" for me. I wish i could get past that. I feel like i'm battling myself and i hate it.
I have been dabbling in easter candy, birthday cakes and what have you. :evil: And felt crappy, but it doesn't seem to prevent me from making the same mistake again. May need to change my name to GetnFat06!
I am going to try again starting tomorrow morning. I will be on here and logging and back on fitday.

Yayyy! :elephant: You're back....you've been missed. You can definitely get back on that wagon!! Just start logging and use this forum as accountability...we'll keep you in check ;)
 
Hang in there girl!! Just take it 1 day at a time.....tell yourself you can get thru today and don't think about tomorrow or next week, etc.....then tomorrow just get thru today again....
 
Good to see ya back and posting again ;) Like a few have said already just take it one small step at a time and you will be just fine!!! Plus you got all of us here to support ya :qt:

I do the diet/exercise faceplant all the time. As long as you keep getting up is all that matters.......
 
One step at a time... Just don't beat yourself up. It takes awhile to change a life-long way of living. It doesn't happen easily. You just have to keep trying at it. You will do it :)
