Do you go to my gym? There is a guy there that looks like he's carrying two invisible wine barrels at all times.

Man, there is a guy like that at my gym. About 5'6" 150lbs... he walks around with his arms flared out, doing that type of breathing like Lex Luger used to do... you know suck air in through the nose, expell it through the lips with puffed up cheeks.. He is always stalking around some piece of equipment muttering to himself.

Paul Baker (the IFBB pro) and I were picking on him one day. I asked him if he was about to get in a fight with that pec dec machine. He kept stalking around it, kicking the pin in the weight stack (at 80lbs), slapping the seat.... He just said that he hated the machine because it was uncomfortable for him because it bunched his lats up. Paul was like "Lats? Oh is that what you got? Damn, thought it was an armpit infection and you were airing it out. Walking around like that and all"

Anymore, I usually make an effort to walk with my arms as close to my sides as possible. I look like enough of a meathead as it is.
