Hey MrX,

What's up? Been following your advice and today I am exactly one week out.

All the carbohydrates I have been having the last week is 2 servings of Oatmeal in the morning before working out and vegs about 4 times a day .

Tomorrow is Sunday and I was thinking that starting tomorrow through Tuesday I would cut out Oatmeal and only have vegs as my source of carbohydrates. I know that there is not much carbs in vegs anyway.

Then Wednesday I would start to slowly carb load.

What do you think about that?

When carb loading, I know that you said that I should take in 6 times 30 gms of carbs the first day and the second day I would be taking 6 times 50gms but that is if I start loading on Thursday but in your last post you suggested that I start on Wednesday.

Can you break it down for me for those 3 days?

When should I start taking in the Liqiud Muscle "Glycerol/Protein" and how much?

Shit I am seeing vains in my lower abs area. I am just a little nevrous so do not mind me. Put a lot of work into this and this type of dieting is new to me.

liquid muscle? what's the glycerol ratios....I would recommend 3x a day 1tbsp. if it's the same as normal glycerol

I picked up the liquid muscle from bodybuilding .com
"Performance Biomedical Laboratories" is the name of the company.

Does not say what the glycerol ratios is.

Ingredients are:
Bioreacted Beef Protein, Kosher Vegetable Glycerine, Natural Flavors.

Serving Size is 2 tablespoons:
Calories 39
Total Fat 0
Protein 10 grams
Total Carbohydrates 0
Sugars 0

and amino acids

I do not know if this information will help?

Should I start on Monday taking this stuff or when I carbload on Wednesday. also should I take it the day of the show?

That stuff is garbage....
go to your local drug store and get a few bottle (in the hand lotion isle) of GLYCERIN it's the same as Glycerol, cost you about $2 per bottle

Take 1tbsp. 3x d of that

the BB.com is garbage as I've always said

only 1-2 tbsp. mon and tue
and 3x day on w/th/fri
