Been there, done that.
One tip: When you get to fill out your "restricted driver's license" form, be sure to put several locations of where you live. I put 4 locations spread out over my area which I told them I stay at at different times. They didn't say a thing. I even went thru a couple of roadblocks and simply showed them the papers and said that I was going from one home to the other (One of which was actually my girlfriend's house, another a friends house).

Because I was with one woman for a few months, she was on birth control and would always beg me not to use a condom.
