I almost broke my fuckin back in the gym, i need some motivation.




Fuckin dumbells, Its depressing when you bust your ass for so long and an injury can make you loose it all.
 
im in the same boat,i hurt mine doing in proper deadlifts,now i cant deadlift,leg press or do good mornings
 
I was picking some dumbells up to hit some incline DB presses. Something popped in the middle of my back and i dropped the weights. Its depressing when you work hard and shit like this happens.
 
Ever screwed up a deltoid muscle?
Jesus there is no pain or screw up like that kind. You can't curl, bench, or anything that has anything to do with both arms, because the delts are used so much.
 
I worry about that happening to me as well------and I have decided that no matter what happens to me, I"m still gong to follow a strict diet---

then get back to training as soon as I can---

Can you workout at all?
 
I hear that bro, my senior year in high school i busted my hand in the gym and couldn't train heavy for 3 months, my damn bench went from 290 down to 220, it was depressing as hell.
