Hey guys,

This is my 1st cycle so things are still sorta new for me, i am running 500mgs test a week and have gotten sensative nipples, no lumps or anything, should i take some nolvadex now or should i wait longer, if i should take nolvadex during this cycle when should i be having it and how much?

Dont wait bro..the longer you wait the more you will regret it..if your feeling "signs" of gyno then start immediately..you can do 40mgs ED or 60mgs ED depending on how bad it is, but in your case 40mgs will be fine..until sides subside..when they do continue with 20mgs ED...you can take it anytime..AM/PM doesnt matter.
