I read the Satanic Bible a couple times and the Satanic Rituals once. I was all into the Bible but the Rituals seemed to take on a more satanic worshipping vibe. It confused me since LaVey stressed that the Satanic Church did not worship Satan yet there are rituals that call unto him

I like his books, but since I'm not into "organized" religion, I also get thrown off by his worship stuff. Most of his beleifs are common sence things that I already practice in every day life. Read "The Devils Notebook", lots of cool essay style rants about morons and short stories.
