It's picking up nicely. I am still missing too many workouts but now the days are long enough for me to get in a bike ride after work. That will add about 45 miles to my weekly mileage but it makes it harder to get in a run. I put off my first 5K because I was behind schedule, so I need to pick another out. Longest ride so far was a brutal 50 miler in cold rain/hail. I don't run outside because its so hilly here. I hit the treadmill downstairs.Right now the plan is;
Monday - off
Tues - 30 minute run / PM one hour bike hill intervals
wed - gym leg day
thurs - 30 minute AM run / PM one hour bike hill intervals
friday - off
sat - 3 hour bike ride
sun - 2 hour bike ride/30 minute run
