Jesus...and the provolone....watch that too. It's like injecting glue in your veins......

Although your recipe reminds me of the "Ghetto Chicken Bake" one of the guys I lived with in college would make.

Bag of chicken breast
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
Box of stuffing
and a shitload of provolone cheese......

Somehow when melded together......it is ooey gooey protein goodness....straight from heaven...... :p

Check out the sticky "Recipe Thread!" in the Women's Fitness Forum -- I've posted some chicken recipes there.....

If there's any specific flavors you're interested in, let me know.... Also check out the myriad of Mrs. Dash spices -- all salt-free & they have lots of different flavors....

Try this.

Tequila Lime Chicken

Get an air tight dish (gladware)
Put in your chicken (however much you want)
Add a little salt 1/4 tsp. per breast
Some fresh ground pepper- light dusting
A pinch or two of crushed red pepper
a pinch of ginger powdered
Add enough tequila to half cover the breasts (I prefer silver but any will do)
Cut up fresh limes- cut 2-3 in half and squeeze juice into container, slice up a couple more and put them in the dish whole.

Close lid and shake up to mix then let set at least an hour (overnight is preferabel) about half way through marinating flip over the breasts. Put breasts on grill, but save out the juice and limes. When you flip the breasts pour the mixture on top allowing the limes to rest on them until cooking is finished.

Cheers,
Scotsman
