hey bros i just picked up my winnie(50ml)today and i'm jacked can't wait to start. This is my first cutting cycle and I need some advice. I'm gonna probally do my cardio in the morning on an empty stomach and train at night. Now here's my question; When I train should I stay lifting heavy or should I lightin' up my weight , maybe do higher reps. i know that dieting is like 90% of a cutting cycle but I do not want to lose any of my strenght and i no winnie doesn't give you to much increase in strength. Also I wanna shot winnie in my shoulder is an 1 1/2 poker to big should I use an inch.
