Hey Bro's--- looking for input on insulin ?

Hey bro's,
I have done several *cycles* of supplements, I have spent more than 1 month in the gym, my diet is clean, my routine consistent and always changing, all that said..... everything should be right-on. I have been on some amazing stacks and now I am considering this product (insulin.)

I want to hear from the guys that have experience with it ??

I DO know the ups and downs of getting huge and also of f**n up. I have done quiet a bit of research and still am doing it right here... ( I don't jump into anything without plenty of research, having my questions answered, and then still with considerable caution.) But I am ready to go to the next level... or so I am considering.

I know the question has been asked in other posts and I have already read them but my question is.....is anyone here CURRENTLY giving it a shot (no pun) or have enough EXPERIENCE to advise someone who has NEVER tried this product. Thanks for the replies bro's whether the replies are good or bad I want to hear from you.

Not yet, insulin has alot of info and im not ready to start until i know EVERYTHING, asim sure you know you can be dependant on it for the rest of your life if you do it wrong and you can also die if you dont eat the right foods after the shot and a couple hours after shot. And im not willing to take that risk. read everything a few times, then read it again till you understand EVERYTHING. I would hate to see someone screw up their life over misuse of insulin or even worse, die.
 
Dnp and insulin are touchy subjects here, somtimes the threads get shut down pretty quick....first thing u should do is get a glucose meter an get real familure with it. I'm outa this thread now gl bro :)

I know questions like this do get shut down pretty quick at times but I hope this one stays up.....because I am not asking how to dose it, how to get it, or anything of that nature.

I feel it would be better to HELP someone in a post like this than to close or delete it and then have someone ruin themselves for the rest of their life, when someone here may have a safe answer or recommended alternative.

MODS, if this thread needs closed, THEN I RESPECT your decision but someone else may also have the same questions I am asking, and by getting a helpful answer it may keep someone alive and healthy. But if it does need deleting then please do so.....
 
I've used low-ish doses of humalog pre-workout (5-8 i.u.) with a dextrose/creatine/bcaa shake that is sipped after the shot and through the workout. A whey shake immediately after training, and a good clean meal an hour later are all musts- keeps blood sugar levels in check. Now, I will say that doing this really helped me make some amazing bodyweight/muscle gains while on cycle (I only train 3 days per week, so this is only 3 total shots per week) but, post cycle I kept doing it and found that my insulin sensitivity was higher when not on aas. With that in mind I can not tolerate the same doses, had to cut back from 8+ i.u. to 5-6 or less. And, with that cutback- and without the aas to help shuttle the protein and carbs into the muscle, I just didn't get any new gains from it. Plus, the only times I ever had the shakes (low blood sugar) was when off cycle for whatever reason. So, my personal take is that it can be a big help to a bulk cycle. But, don't get carried away. Start (IF you must try it) with 2 iu and see how that affects you and work your way up slowly, no big jumps in dose from workout to workout!! You want to know just how it affects you. Also, don't use first thing in the morning! Have it later in the day if possible and have some good meals in you- i.e. blood sugar levels will be more consistent this way.

This is all I know. I'm not saying TO do it or NOT to do it. Just saying this is my experience. If you need to know any more, feel free to pm me and I'll do my best to give you my experience in a responsible way! Not, that there's much more to tell than what I've put here.

Bro, why would this thread get closed? hes just trying to get info on insulin which is used in bodybuilding just like AAS and HGH.
 
on a funny side not, my friend's dad is diabetic..

My friend (son of diabetic) was juicing and jacked some of his dad's insulin..

It seemed to bulk him really well, but he got really weird mood swings.. got pissed off and punched his windshield and broke it..lol

then once he was raging on the slin and started kneeing this gumball machine..........busted it and ate like 15 gumballs.. haha. :D

Sounds like he's going a bit hypoglycemic! That's not a place I want to be when using slin!! If I ever feel the least bit dizzy, sick, suddenly exhausted, confused etc etc I get some carbs and protein in me asap! If it gets too bad, you want to get something with carbs and fat (for some reason the fat helps slow down the digestion of carbs and you get a more even flow instead of a burst- which can make things even worse if you are sensitive enough!). But, yeah, not a good place to be. The worst I've ever gotten is a little dizzy, then anxious, then food was in my belly immediately and I felt better in 5-10 minutes. You've got to be so careful, get the food in as scheduled!!
 
Just make sure you have glucose tabs or dextrose on hand until you know how your body reacts to it and un til you know how many carbs you need after a shot.

That's crazy. Once I was at the gym, just started training and started feeling shitty from my shot- which never happened before or since. But, I knew the signs. I had my carb drink with me, but it wasn't cutting it. I needed something solid (or solid-ish) and headed for the snack machine for a snickers or something. As I got there (local ymca) there were two older women and about 5 kids yelling trying to get grandma to figure out the machine as she just stood there looking at it like it was an alien. I almost told them I was hypoglycemic and needed to hurry and get mine first, but I held off. But, it was one of the most annoying things. So, I can relate a bit. I was definitely in a bad spot and a foul mood.
 
Insulin and dnp are subject not up for discussion on Elite Fitness. This has been mentioned several times in the aas forums...
