I used to be unemployed, not work out, eat junk all day and weigh about 175-180.
For the past 3 weeks I have:
Played soccer for 1.5 hours 3X a week.
Gym 5 days a week.
Been working 40 hours a week.
Eating clean small meals 4-5 times a day and taking sesapure.
And I STILL weigh 178? What gives?
My body has gotten harder though and my body composition has changed slightly.
